Once you've found the right house you will need to sort out your mortgage a lot of estate agents will do this for you but I've found you are best to shop around for the best deal to suit you.

While I've been looking at properties I've found once you've selected a property for viewing, the best way to locate the place rather than following an estate agents directions is to find out the postcode and go to www.streetmap.co.uk. This will then find a map at street level of the property.
